i’ve never cooked an asian dish before.  ever.  i even have this rule, that i will only go out for asian food four times a year.  in the past year, restaurants such as stir crazy, pei wei and sagano’s have made me change the rule a little bit and this dish is definitely an exception, too! source 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1″ pieces 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tsp sesame oil (do not use a substitute for this!) 3 tbsp green onions, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp powdered ginger 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar (i couldn’t find rice wine vinegar and rice vinegar worked just fine.) 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp sugar 1/3 c dry roasted peanuts 1 10 oz. can bamboo...
