I miss these SO much. My box of peanut butter patties is now lonely in my cabinet without a box of these next to it! I hope the girl scouts decide to bring them back someday. Until then I will have to give your recipe a try! Thanks (:

These are amazing! For years i’ve been harassing girl scouts for no longer selling these lol I also recommend dipping the bottoms of the cookies in the white chocolate also to make them more similar to the originals.

Absolutely hands down the very best family cheesecake. Debbie brought it for Brooke and Dan’s wedding shower and we have loved making,serving, and eating it ever since! A constant dessert success!
